At KIPP Massachusetts we are always looking for great teachers, support staff, and leaders! To see any of our open positions and/or apply, visit our online job board.
KIPP MA teachers are at the core of our mission to prepare students with the skills and confidence to pursue the paths they choose—college, career, and beyond—so they can lead fulfilling lives and build a more just world.
If you firmly believe that all students can learn, if you have a proven willingness to do whatever it takes to disrupt the opportunity gap, if you thrive in an environment that is both collaborative and entrepreneurial, and if you are eager to work alongside passionate educators committed to creating an equitable and inclusive school environment, we want to hear from you.
We also have our teaching fellows program!
Teaching Fellows are aspiring teachers who are committed to learning the craft of teaching through professional development, coaching, and hands-on practice in KIPP Massachusetts Schools. KIPP Massachusetts Teaching Fellows spend each day teaching and learning alongside an experienced Lead Teacher, with the goal of becoming a KIPP Massachusetts Lead Teacher in the next 1-2 years. Teaching Fellows are placed in our Elementary classrooms in Boston and Lynn.
