Family Councils and Family Coalitions co-author the student experience with schools through collaboration on key topics specific to the Family Council and Family Coalition. Family Councils and Family Coalitions seek caregivers to hold leadership roles within the Council and Coalition.

Boston Family Advocacy Coalition is a group of families that will advocate for the charter school sector and topics that are important to them. We will engage Elected officials to make the voice of families being listened to.

Family Councils


KIPP Academy ELPAC is a family advisory council mandated by Massachusetts state law. We are dedicated family members of children who are Multilingual Learners and students who have exited the Multilingual Learner program, who partner with one another to exchange ideas and information, collaborate with school professionals, organize Multilingual Learner families, and advise the KIPP Academy school administration on Multilingual Learner educational issues.  We welcome participation from all interested community members.

We are dedicated family members of children with exceptionalities, who partner with one another to exchange ideas and information, collaborate with school professionals, organize special education families, and advise the KIPP Academy school administration on special education issues. We welcome participation from all interested community members.
