(April 2023) Congratulations to KALC Seniors, Luisa Bautista and Cindy Cuellar, who recently appeared on The Today Show to share their journey to college!
Luisa, who will be attending Boston College, and Cindy, who will be attending Boston University, shared their story with Today on the April 24th live episode.
They were surprised at the end with news that they were both selected to be Goldberg Scholars. The Dave Goldberg Scholarship Program selects 15 KIPP students nationwide to receive $60,000 over four years and an assigned mentor in the field of their career interest.
