We are proud to share that KIPP Massachusetts Executive Director, Nikki Barnes, will participate in the prestigious Pahara fellowship next year as a member of the Mountain Cohort. The program seeks to connect and strengthen powerful leaders from across the education sphere to explore and increase their impact.
“I’m honored to be part of the next Pahara cohort and to learn alongside leaders working every day to create the conditions for children to truly thrive. Even as I head into my 35th year in this work, I know I still have so much to learn—and I’m excited to do that through Pahara,” Nikki Barnes says.
We could not be more excited to see the learning Nikki brings back to KIPP Massachusetts as part of her leadership development, and are thrilled she’ll be representing our region alongside such an incredible group of educators.
