Lynn FAKT (Family and KIPPsters Together)

What they do: Lynn FAKT (Families and KIPPsters Together) are family councils at KIPP MA. FAKT works in partnership with our schools by co-authoring the educational experience, building relationships with families, staff, and community organizations, and planning and hosting events.

Lynn SEPAC (Special Education Parent Advisory Council)

What they do: KIPP Academy SEPAC is a parent advisory council mandated by Massachusetts state law (Chapter 71B). We are dedicated family members of children with exceptionalities, who partner with one another to exchange ideas and information, collaborate with school professionals, organize special education families, and advise the KIPP Academy school administration on special education issues. We welcome participation from all interested community members.

How often they meet: Meetings occur four times a year.

What they do: KIPP Academy ELPAC is a family advisory council mandated by Massachusetts state law. We are dedicated family members of children who are Multilingual Learners (MLL) and students who have exited the Multilingual Learner program, who partner with one another to exchange ideas and information, collaborate with school professionals, organize multilingual families, and advise the KIPP Academy school administration on Multilingual Learner educational issues. We welcome participation from all interested community members.
