This project is being electronically bid and hard copy bids will not be accepted. Please review the instructions in the bid documents on how to register as an electronic bidder. The bids are to be prepared and submitted at www.biddocsonline.com. Tutorials and instructions on how to complete the electronic bid documents are available online (click on the “Tutorial” tab at the bottom footer). A prebid meeting has been scheduled for December 20, 2021 at 10:00am at KIPP Academy Lynn Charter School, 20 Wheeler STreet, Lynn, MA. Those attending the prebid meeting shall meet in front of Door B1 (located to the left of the main entrance).
